Servers

Managed Services

• Server monitoring: monitors hundreds of threshold items such as CPU utilization, hard drive space, and database status. Includes anti-virus software.
• PC/laptop monitoring: similar to server monitoring and includes anti-virus as well.
• Backups: Network Attached Storage. This is a vastly superior way of backing up and restoring data than traditional tape backup. Provides file restoration times of 15 minutes past, complete server restoration to disimilar hardware, and is monitored by software that alerts RedEye staff (much like the server monitoring mentioned above) when backups have issues.

Network LAN / WAN

• Network design, implementation, troubleshooting.
• Security. Firewall install and configuration. VPN creation to connect multiple sites, allow mobile user secure access, and/or allow secure access for remote support.
• Full infrastructure security analysis to identify potential issues, along with suggested remedies and plan of defense.

PCs and Workstations
• All aspects of PC or workstation support, including, but not limited to hardware setup, network setup, operating system configuration, email client setup, anti-virus, adware/spyware removal.
• Microsoft – Windows 95, 98, XP Pro, and Win2000 operating systems as well as productivity software.
• UNIX – FreeBSD, MAC OS X, RedHat Linux, Sun Solaris.

Support
• Single point project management
• Email, phone, and onsite support.
• Available off-hours and emergency phone and onsite support.
• Available secure remote support for server, PC, and workstation training or troubleshooting.
• Server and network monitoring. RedEye staff is accessible 24/7/365 and is alerted via email and SMS messaging to problems and potential issues on your network. This allows for proactive monitoring and maintenance.

Disaster Recovery Planning and Implementation
• Tape backups, remote online backups, data redundancy implementation.
• Disaster recovery planning and testing – data restoration testing, data integrity and end user functionality testing.
